Account ng elektronikong liham

Ang solusyong panghost ay dapat magkaroon ng kakayahang magbigay ng isang account ng elektronikong liham para sa bawat tao sa kumpanya. Halimbawa:

Elektronikong liham na POP

POP ayon sa Filipino ay nangangahulugan na Protokol ng Post Office. POP ay isang standar na protokol sa pagpapadala at pagtanggap ng elektronikong liham na ginagamit ng client/server.

Email will be received and saved on your internet server until you retrieve the letters through some client email program (such as Outlook and Foxmail).

IMAP Email

IMAP refers to the Internet Message Access Protocol. IMAP is another standard protocol used for sending and receiving email.

IMAP provides certain improvements over POP, that is, emails stored on the IMAP server can be processed by multiple computers without the need to transfer messages between computers. While POP is designed to support email access on a single computer.

Web-based Email

Web-based email allows us to access email through web browsers. After logging into your email account through the web, you can send and receive emails. It is very attractive to be able to access email from anywhere in the world.

Typical examples of web-based email include:Yahoo! Mail at Hotmail .

Email Forwarding

Email forwarding allows us to have multiple email names.

You can set aliases for other email accounts through the email forwarding feature:

Email List

The email list feature may be provided on some servers. If you want to send emails to a large number of users, this is a valuable feature.
