Canvas strokeRect() Method
Definition and Usage
strokeRect() Method to draw a rectangle (without filling). The default stroke color is black.
Hint:Please use strokeStyle Properties to set the color, gradient, or pattern of the stroke.
Example
Draw a 150*100 pixel rectangle:

var c=document.getElementById("myCanvas");
var ctx=c.getContext("2d");
ctx.strokeRect(20,20,150,100);
Syntax
context.strokeRect(x,y,width,height);
Parameter value

| x | The x-coordinate of the top-left corner of the rectangle. |
| y | The y-coordinate of the top-left corner of the rectangle. |
| width | The width of the rectangle, measured in pixels. |
| height | The height of the rectangle, in pixels. |

Note:Internet Explorer 8 and earlier versions do not support the <canvas> element.
