The pow() function returns x to the power of y.

Syntax

n = Float.pow(x,y)
Component Description
n The floating-point number returned by the function.
x Number.
y Number.

Example

var a = Float.pow(4,2);
var b = Float.pow(-2,3);

Result

a = 16
b = -8
