تعریف و استفاده

عنصر <xsl:otherwise> تعریف و استفاده <xsl:choose> را مشخص می‌کند. در صورت عدم تطابق شرایط <xsl:when>، این رفتار رخ می‌دهد.

این کد در صورت اینکه قیمت cd بالاتر از 30 باشد، به لیست artist رنگ پس‌زمینه صورتی اضافه می‌کند، در غیر این صورت تنها نام artist را نمایش می‌دهد:

مثال 2

تعلیم یک متغیر به نام "color". قيمة هذا المتغیر را به ویژگی color عنصر فعلی نسبت دهید. اگر عنصر فعلی ویژگی color ندارد، قيمة "color" به "green" خواهد بود:
